Northwestern School Fund... The Cornerstone of the Chariton County Community Foundation's educational philanthropy was the Northwestern School Fund. This was established in 2000 by an individual challenge grant of $25,000.00, which was quickly matched by the community. CCCF now manages over $57,000.00 in the Northwest School Fund.
